Beers and bikes: do they really mix?

I suppose it depends on order, but I'll conceed the point. Wonder what the laws are in Belgium.

    Let's try to avoid riding down stairs while blind drunk...

    Fortunatly we will be in the countryside most of the time so we have less traffic to worry about.

    Although there may be plenty of canals, so let's avoid getting blind drunk and riding into those.

    All things in moderation, right. Besides, Belgian beer is too good to waste on your drunken palette.
